Begin of My Slimming Regime

It's been so long since I've last blogged. I'm doing pretty fine at the mo. Just that I've noticed I'm growing wider nowadays. Gosh. Gonna start dieting & exercising. So this is the reason why I'm here today. I'm gonna keep track of my body slimming via blogging. I've just started my lo-carb diet last dinner. As I have never like eating raw greens, so I'm boiling them. Every single ingredients in my salad are cooked via boiling. So I'm calling it "My Boiled Salad". My salad has been made superb delicious via adding 4 spoons of Italian dressing. Oh man, this dressing is simply heaven. Okok, here's the receipe: 8pcs of cabbage, 1 egg tofu, 1 pc of chicken fillet & 4 spoons of Italian dressing. Simply ya? Guess what? I'm gonna have salad for dinner for 8 weeks.
